Support wraps from the heel up to the laces for a snug fit, with soft foam providing supportive cushioning and rising at the side to help brace your foot during lateral moves
The flat base is wider around the heel to help stabilize your foot while working with weights, with overlays around the toe and laces adding durability to stand up to the rigours of the gym
