Provides a great base for strength

I have worn Metcons for years. A great all round strength training shoe and good for a quick blast on the ergs. Would not use them for running or for wearing all day.

These are my go to trainers now for strength training. My second pair of 9s. Finally don’t need to go barefoot! Roomier toebox for very slightly wider foot and flat for grounding. I wear normal size. Absolutely love the design and colour for this pair!

My favourite Metcon’s. I love the design, the width of the shoe and is very stable. The best shoes for strength training. But Nike should add more colors for the ladies 😅

Super cute BUT mot sp great for HIIT training and even worse for running. I was really excited to try these out hoping they would be a good replacement for my worn out Reebok Nanos...while they might have been "ok" for lifting alone, wearing them for my whole workout gave me shin splints and were just overall uncomfortable. I'm back to wearing my worn out Nanos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes feature a sleek, modern design that combines both style and function, and present a clean, athletic look. The construction is robust, with a stiff sole and a raised heel that allows for deeper squats and improved posture during lifts. One of the standout features of the shoes is their solid, non-compressible sole, which provides excellent stability. The heel lift helps me maintain better squat form, and the increased angle allows for a more upright torso during Olympic lifts. This is especially beneficial when performing exercises like squats, clean & jerks, and snatches. Their stable base, heel height, and supportive design make them excellent choices for those looking to optimize their lifting form and performance. While a bit pricey, the durability and performance they offer make them a great investment for dedicated lifters. Whether you’re training for strength or competing, these shoes will support your needs in the gym. NOTE: sizing was slightly off. I’m usually a 9, and should have gone up to 9.5.

Metcons are my go to lifting/training shoe with fantastic stability! I could not pass up the hyper violet color way and was so excited to get them. The fit is very different than the other pair I own despite them being the same size. Much wider throughout and especially in the toe box. I wish I had realized the sizing difference before tossing the box and wearing them because I would have returned them.

Fit and base stability is perfect for everyday wods. Short uns weren't bad either. Would not wear for long runs. Overall great shoe for narrow feet
