Not happy with lack of customer service

Unfortunately I can't review these gloves because I never received them. The address was incorrect so they claim they were returned the same day - the gloves never left the post office!. No-one called/texted/emailed for clarification despite having my contact info- when I contacted Sportchek the same day they told me they weren't able to return them to me and I had to wait 30 days for my account to be credited (after I had to email and ask them re credit). Not happy with the service. Perhaps another delivery service would help?
