Nike Women's Run Swift Dri-FIT Mid-Rise 3 Inch 2 in 1 Shorts

Great pair of running shorts. I was looking for shorts with a pocket on the leg so I could securely carry my phone. These shorts have great pockets. I find the one on the right leg to be the best for a phone. I have the I-Phone Max Pro which is pretty big so I was worried it would not fit but it fit securely in the pocket. The pockets along the back waistband are useless, however. They are very loose and I was afraid something would fall out. The zipper pocket on the left leg is very small but secure. You could carry a key or loose air pods in the pocket. I am usually a small but sized up to a medium based on reviews which was perfect because I don't like shorts to be tight. I ran 6 miles in these and they were comfortable and never rode up. The material is very light. Great shorts!

Great for long runs….. no chafing lots of storage. I have a lot of Nike 2 in 1 shorts - these are hands down the best.

Purchased these to wear for a Marathon. The multiple pockets make these shorts great from long distance runs. They are comfortable. And don't ride up your legs. Did Marathon in torrential rain & had no chaffing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am usually very hesitant to buy shorts because they never quite sit right especially if you have slightly more overdeveloped thighs or you are a bit more curvier. But the fabric is soft, very durable, and it hugs all the right places. I don't chuff at all and the external layer of the short is very soft and flattering. Great for running, hiking and even gym like squatting, HIIT and Crossfit movements. It's a very versatile pair of shorts and it is certainly not just for running. The short sits just about right around the waist, not too small not too loose and it doesn't get displaced with rigorous exercise. Any panty lines or imperfections are covered very well with this one. Comparing it to other popular brands, this short is definitely a much higher quality - the fabric feels more expensive and it is not your usual harsher runner's short fabric - it feels lush. The colour selection is really cute too, I can assort it with all my other Nike products i.e. my pink tie dye sweatshirt and Metcons.

The added cycling short insert means I have been able to work out at the gym confidently without exposing too much flesh, for a lady of a larger size they’ve also been great for avoiding thigh rub in the hotter weather. They’re very bright but that’s a good thing for me and the fabric of the shorts is light with an element of flex which means they are perfect for most day to day activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The women’s Dri-Fit Swift shorts in active fuchsia is amazingly comfortable, versatile and lightweight. It has become my favourite go to shorts whenever I go out for a run or go to the gym, especially during the warmer weather. I’m very impressed with its abundance of pockets, some of which is a zip pocket on the hip and the other an internal stash pocket, both of which I find to be extremely useful and honestly exhibits just how much the Nike team pays attention to the little details that make all the difference. Not only that, the shorts also boasts a bungee loop on the right hip for keys and there’s even a drop-in pocket at the centre of the back of the waistband and on the right thigh. It’s shocking but most sportswear brands don’t bother putting any pockets on at all in their products so when I received these shorts and tried them for the first time, I was amazed at how well made they are; I can carry my phone, keys and my cardholder, which is what I usually bring when I go for a run outside or at the gym. The soft, weightless fabric is top notch and the snug inner layer helps prevent chafing so I can literally do whatever I want but with ultimate coverage. Amazing. The material is perfect for the job and the Dri-FIT technology used in the construction of these shirts allows me to sweat away but not leave sweat patches, which is outstanding - the material’s ability to allow quicker evaporation really helps comfortability and dryness even when I do some really intense workout. Its design and appearance are also very practical as it’s got a reflective design graphic that allows you to run in the evenings. In terms of improvements, I would prefer a high waist band rather than a mid-rise waistband for this type of short because I just feel that for my body type, I would personally feel more comfortable with a slightly higher waistband. Despite this, I still highly recommend this product due to its durability, design, versatility, performance and practicality and my favourite feature about this product is the colour - it’s so beautiful and eye catching!

I primarily used them for resistance training but they are also excellent running shorts. They move in perfect harmony with the contours of your body, especially when doing squats. The material is durable yet breathable which make them ideal for running and other high intensity exercise. I didn’t notice any sweat patches and felt cool through my workouts. The tighter inside part of the shorts give some support and do not ride up like other shorts I have used in the past. The feel and quality of the material is very premium and there is a handy zip pocket on the left hand side. Overall, a complete and versatile pair of shorts, I will definitely be ordering more.
