I’m 45 and these shorts look great on me! They are comfortable and don’t gather in uncomfortable places. I ordered a size large and they fit perfectly. Easy to work out in, run in and even great for running errands. I ended up ordering three more colors. The price was very affordable.

First pair of Nike workout shorts I've bought in a while because my others have lasted so long. I'm 5'2" 107 lbs and bought size Small. Fit is perfect; not too tight or too loose. I use them for indoor video workouts that include strength and cardio building. I rated them very durable based on past experience with similar Nike shorts.

I like my shorts to be shorter and tighter fitting so I got a small rather than a medium, which is probably my size according to the size chart. Nice breathable material that feels like it will dry quickly, which I love because I play water sports. Overall they're comfortable shorts that I can move in easily.
