Broken pocket button

Love the jacket and very cosy but after only receiving it and wearing it once , the button broke on the right side pocket , which also ripped a hole where the button came off

I purchased a medium and it fits me perfect. I’m 5’7 and 156lbs. The sleeves are long enough, the coat is a bit cropped but you can’t even tell once you put it on. This coat is so warm and cozy.

It’s cropped and fit is small. If I would have know this coat, for cold weather was cropped, I never would have purchased. Returning this coat.

Ordered for my girlfriend and even though it is a very nice coat, the bottom of them are cropped and there is no length to them at all. If I order an XL it is so that it fits big or so that there is room in it, not so that you see your undershirt if you raise your arms.

Very comfortable and warm. I weigh 147 and purchased a size M because I always layer up. I can layer up and still have space. I believe it runs a bit big.

Poor refund process

It took them extremely too long to give me my refund for this order. I ordered 2 sizes, but returned the XXL because the XL fit perfect. These puffer coats are very puffy but nice and warm. I don’t like the fact that the hood is always hanging on one side, it never stays in place.

Great puffer worth it

So cute and warm. Love it this puffer is actually puffy and so comfy and warm. I’m usually an extra small or small and decided to get the small for a more loose look to layer with hoodies for extra warmth. Was a good length not to cropped think if I got the extra small would have been more fitted and cropped. The length of the sleeves was good not super long or cut to short. Love the hoodie as someone with a big head and lotta hair love when the hood doesn’t fit super tight and look awkward this is the perfect hood. And for extra sizing reference my waist is 26inch my bust is 32in and I weigh about 122pounds.
