It fits exceptionally well, true to size, and was comfortable when walking, running, and adventuring with two toddlers. The bright colors bring cheer and are really fun! I would recommend these to all my friends and family to have a great pair of shoes ready for anything!

My favorite shoes ever! So comfortable. Wear them running, walking and just because I love them. I think they are the perfect shoe. The Zoom Fly 3 was awesome but I think these are even more comfortable with absolutely the same great support. Very lightweight shoe. The carbon fiber plate works like magic. LOVE!

I’m 8 months pregnant with baby number 6 and these are my new go to shoes! They hold up great while jogging with my older kids and are great walking shoes while pushing the stroller with my younger kids. Definitely recommend!

I was able to wear the shows straight out of the box for a trip to the zoo with no blisters, rubbing or soreness. I have not been able to wear these as much as I would have liked to at this point due to the weather (rain for the last month), but as the weather changes I am sure I will be wearing these all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Zoom Fly 4 shoes were like heaven for my feet! To start they are a great looking shoe, very sleek, and I love the color and shape of the heal. The padding in the forefront is so comfortable and really helped propel me forward while jogging and was especially great during HIIT workouts. I also found it helped me land lighter on the front of the foot and prevented my usual calf pain I get with other shoes. It also has extra heel padding that kept my heel secure. Beyond the comfortable and sturdy padding, I think my favorite feature of this shoe was the upper mesh lining that almost has a sock-like feel. This lining was so comfortable and kept my feet super secure without being too tight or having to adjust my laces. I don't know if I can ever wear a running shoe without that same upper liner, it just hugged my feet so perfectly. The only small con is that the shoe has very light and breathable mesh so my toes were a bit cold running outside in the winter weather. I also worried it seemed narrow at first but I found it stretched perfectly to fit my feet. This is just such a stylish, lightweight, durable, and incredibly comfortable shoe, I just want to run and skip and jump as soon as I put them on, it's my new favorite running shoe!

I have been an on and off runner for the past 6 years and have tried out a variety of shoes (even have gone to running stores to get fitted) but these top all the shoes I have had in the past. First, lets talk about comfort and support. These shoes are light, providing the 'barely there' feeling but not without still providing support. The back has a lovely cushion that wraps around your heel to keep it in place while the arch support keeps my foot from cramping during a long run. Second, the look. Can we talk about how amazing these bright colors are! They stand out from the crowd and are a perfect statement piece to anyone's wardrobe. The material is light and I am excited to use them during the summer because the breathable fabric will provide breathability for my feet. Overall, this shoe is amazing and I am looking into buying them in other colors as well! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself and your sore feet with these lighter than air shoes!
