sent the wrong items
a year ago
ordered 2 one in red one in black.. was sent the wrong sweatshirts.. tried to get the difference in cost back from the local store and they were unable bc they didn't have a code for the ones recieved. kept them bc we didn't want the hassle of returning and reordering only to get the wrong ones again.

Wring sweater sent.

I didnt receive this sweater, i got a replacement. When i called to figure out where my sweater was i was told the website had a glitch and i couldn't get this sweter.

Received the wrong product
a year ago
Was sent a different sweatshirt. A cheaper one. The store couldn’t find the codes for the ones received to give us some money back and the hoodies received didn’t come with tags. Kept what was sent bc they are nice just not as nice or what we ordered. Had to rebuy what we originally wanted. Without compensation.
