    Can make a zipper “lock”

    I used these to make basically a “lock” for some zippers on a bag of mine. I cable tied the one end to a zipper pull and the other end to the other zipper pull. Now when I zip it shut, the two halves of the magnets come together and make a fairly sturdy “seal/lock”.

    I just bought three of these to use as zipper “locks” on a bag of mine. I zip-tied either end to the two sides of the two zipper halves of the bag’s pocket. Now when they come together they connect the magnet s and it is a hard pull to open the pocket. No one is getting in there without me knowing….lol

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nite Ize is a neat little gadget! We have a homestead and have locks on different things. Sometimes me and my husband both are working out there, this is much easier to give him one side for what hes doing and me keep the other for my stuff. The magnet is strong, I showed in my video how a simple flip will not get it apart. It takes some effort to get apart but goes back together easily, its very secure. Its lightweight so not adding a bunch of weight like some keychains, makes handling easier!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you carry a lot of keys or would like to be able to separate one quickly from the others this is a great tool. It's strong and durable while together but easily twist apart without putting up a fight. It's lightweight and won't add bulk to your keys. It's also great if you have a lot of keychains and want to separate your keys from your keychains.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Genius! So my daughter moved in with me recently and we haven't had a chance to have keys made. This was the perfect solution. I can just grab the key I need when I need it, instead of taking her whole keychain. It's well made and makes my life easier. It's a win in my book.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the idea of a quick release for my keys as I'm often leaving half of my set in my car when i go to festivals and shows, places where you want to have very little in your hand. This concept was exactly what i was looking for but has some kinks because it's a magnet. My key rings and charms all stick to the magnet and then pick up anything magnetic in my purse. So I appreciate the concept, but don't use it very often because of that.
