Lovely but bad fit

Bought these for my husband. The fabric is awesome, really light, slightly flexible but not too much, and the print is awesome. Hubby loved them! When he tried them on, they fitted well (6'3", about 105kg, bought the size L) but as soon as he started moving around in them, once he'd worn them a few minutes, he realised they were not fitting well. It's as though the waist is too low or something. He has no bum so that doesn't help, but he found when he bend down or after sitting down, the back of them went too low. They fitted width wise and are adjustable in the waist but the crotch seam is too short so they pull down too low very easily, they sit too low. Such a shame as these are really cool, had to return.
