Oakley Meta Vanguard Performance Sunglasses

Great sunglasses and very comfortable on when on my face. The audio quality when listening to the music is great. Easy to capture and download pictures and videos right away. At the start was a little challenging to increase and decrease volume by touching the side of it but I get used to it. These glasses have one problem if you run with them in below zero temperatures and that is the battery. In my first run it was -9 C to -10C in Calgary with 10km/h winds and I was listening to the music constantly and the battery died on me after 20 minutes and when I was about to finish the 4th kilometer. Although the product specification clearly says these glasses are rated for temperatures between -20C to 40C but the Li-Ion battery can’t handle the cold very well. This was a little surprising considering this product is advertised when it’s worn by people while skiing and snow boarding. My suggestion is not to listen to music or take too many videos if you’re running in temperatures below zero then you might have at least 30minutes. I also tried to contact technical support but haven’t been able to figure it out yet. I find it hard to access to the technical support through the Meta app.
