The high setting isn’t too high, and the low isn’t too low. I really enjoy using this on my lower back and it has rather firm padding so it’s comfortable to lean against.

I love using this in the mornings when I wake up because I usually wake up with back pain. This has helped me out tremendously. The material is soft, and the design is great for relief. This is portable so you can use it in the car, you can use it at work or just sitting on the couch. It has 2 different settings so that you can control the intensity.

Not only is it great for my neck and shoulders it also works great for my lower back. I was able to use it for my calf pain as well. It offers a steady massage that is not harsh. A lot of massagers are too rough and I end up feeling bruised after using them . This one gave me gentle relief in targeted areas.

The support roller has allowed me to adjust where the pain is and use the massage setting to help in easing pain. The strap allows me to wear it even while standing or moving from room to room. Having the ability to use high speed or low is really helpful. I have attached it to my office chair with the strap without worries of it falling to low or falling of the chair.

The massage feature is a plus but I really just the the size and firmness of the roll. This is going to be a nice gift for my clients come Christmas. I like the material is not hot and uncomfortable but it is easy to wipe clean. Yes I have already had to clean up a coffee spill on it. Anyway this is a well made product and I am very pleased with it.

I love my chair but it definitely starts hurting my back when I'm at my computer for hours. I got this roll and wasn't sure it would fit my chair because it's so wide, but it totally does! And the attachment is a snap so it doesn't pop off either! I'm so happy. It does a great job supporting my back. It has a little massager with two setting also which is a cool little luxurious bonus. Highly recommend!
