    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a nurse for 20 years. Most of those years have been 12 hour shifts on my feet all day. Over the years back pain has developed. Now I have a desk job. This massager has works wonders with my back pain. I use it on my chair. It works alone as well as with the actual massager. Makes my aching back feel much better after my day at work.

It has two settings a high a low which is nice. Its not super overwhelming so you can use it for a long time. I am tall and have lower back pain and this really helps.

After the first week of working at the desk I was up walking around every 10-15 minutes due to back pain. Well it was a pleasant surprise to see this went away after using this. My favorite part of this is the massage feature and that is truly amazing on long days. I feel as if this allows me to focus longer and not stiffen up while working all day. Seems to be durable and feels as if it will last a long time. I highly recommend to anyone working from home or at a desk.
