"Disappointing Experience with On Cloud Shoes"

I purchased a pair of On Cloud shoes in black last year. Initially, they were very comfortable, but after about four months, I started experiencing discomfort and pain in my front toes. I reached out to On Cloud customer service regarding this issue, but their response was disappointing. They attributed the problem to a size fit issue, which didn't make sense to me since the shoes were comfortable for the first four months. Despite my attempts to get a proper explanation or a warranty claim, I never received a satisfactory response.
In my opinion, On Cloud shoes are overhyped and of poor quality. I would not recommend buying them.
