These shoes are the most comfortable! When purchasing I was debating between these and hokas to wear for long shifts on my feet, and for the price these are unbeatable! I have been wearing them for nursing shifts, however I did attempt to use these for a workout and did not love them as they felt bulky for weight lifting. So if you are looking for a workout shoe it may not be for you! They would be great for running as they are very supportive! But my main use if for being on my feet for long shifts and so far so good!
