Ok shoe but got the floor model. Not happy

Shoe is good but defective. Had a bent in the back of the shoe. Tried it on at the mall and ask to order a new shoe because of the damage. Got sent the exact same shoe! Very annoying as i waited a week just to get the same pair that i didn't want.
