Never got the right size

I tried to purchase this hat twice. They sent me the wrong size twice. I gave up. One star for the understanding staff who allowed me to return it.

Did Not Send What I Ordered

The same as some other reviews, nice enough hat but I ordered a S/M and they sent me a L/XL. Took the hat back to a local Sportchek as it was way to big and they were very nice and took the hat back but they only paid back the cost plus tax, I lost the money for the delivery fee charge even though they did not send me what I ordered...Not impressed at all!!

I ordered online. Unfortunately the wrong size ( small ) was sent instead of the size ( large / xl ) that I ordered. When I returned the hat I store and tried to exchange for proper size Sport Chek was out of stock size xl.
I was refunded my money with apology.
