I half want to give 4 stars because I misplaced the instructions on how to cut the tube to length and I won't accept responsibility. Other than that its awesome. Its small enough i can literally wear it under a second backpack. So works for me

I've had the pack for

a year ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the pack for 8-9 months now, the pack itself is very nice, great size for long bike rides, just big enough for snack, phone and shell jacket. Comfortable and nice features. Would give 5 stars but the hydration pack still makes the water smell and taste like plastic even after multiple uses and airing out for 8 months. I tried the recommended "deodorizing" steps twice, but that only helped a little.
