Cancelled Order.

My order was cancelled so I wasn't going to review but after the second email hounding me for a review I figured why not. Not sure why they accepted the order in the first place if they weren't going to be able to fulfill it. Second time this has happened to me with a PHL online purchase. Their e commerce sales clearly needs some work.
