Outdoor Research Men's Stratoburst Stretch Rain Jacket

Stayed warm and dry on a cool wet fall night. It has the right amount of stretch for activities. The underarm vent option was great, it makes the coat very versatile. The color is true to description, will work great blending into your surroundings. Great intro windbreaker that I will test in the snow this winter. Will recommend to others. Might even purchase another color.

Compact, light, seems durable. I use it as an everyday run jacket to keep in my work bag and for around town. It fits the bill well. I’d feel very confident taking it on a hike or backpacking.

Better as a wind breaker more than a rain jacket. Very light weight and packs down well. Will shed light rain but not for a downpour.

I bought this jacket for daily use and for hiking/backpacking. I love the color scheme and the feel of the material. It's tough to have a very breathable rain jacket but this one does a great job with the under arm vents. I got an XL and I'm 5'11" 195 lbs. it's roomy enough to have layers underneath which I prefer. It is highly resistant to water and has been durable for me!

Was looking for a nice rain jacket for wet days and this definitely fit the bill! Love the fit, color and style. It is exactly what I needed.

Overall I love the feel of this jacket. It's light weight and the inside doesn't feel like a plastic bag on your skin. It's a rain jacket so it's always going to feel a little clammy but this is the best I've felt. The stretch really sets this jacket apart from others. I don't feel like my arm mobility is restricted at all. Typical use is for every-day use and day-hikes. I haven't worn it in any sort of torrential downpours but so far it seems like it's doing a great job. 6'4" - Large fits well - arms are plenty long enough.

Sleeves might be a little long. My only issue has been the Velcro at the cuff being a little annoying, eventually I got it figured out. Other than that issue I stayed dry on my ride and it was easy to pack up after the rain. It does get steamy when riding.
