Perfect for kiddos

I love the kid’s version of this bottle because the straw is covered and it doesn’t leak. Also keeps water cool, very refreshing after running around for sure! I would give this a 5 star, however, my owala came with a dent in the bottom because it wasn’t packed in a box or not wrapped at all… I know it’s not a big deal, but I was a little surprised opening my “gift” lol

THEY LEAK

Second time ever using them and they both drip from the same spot when closed. So disappointed. I wouldn t recommend these kids cups to anyone especially when they claim to be œleakproof .

I love Owala and have about 15 bottles. I ve been dying for them to release a child s size version and am so happy they did. I bought a few of the stainless version and the plastic. I like both. Owala is made for water and that s all we put in our bottles. The straw isn t spill proof but it does it advertise to be. 5/5 stars becuase it s exactly as advertised. Love our Owala s.

I love owala bottles, but this one is the best by far. I love how the lid opens and closes without having to touch the mouthpiece in any way. I will definitely be buying this version in other sizes!

Not what I expected

I love the Owala thermos and assumed kids would be same. It s just a plastic cup that is not spill proof. They did just come out with a child s size that is insulated and won t leak. I ordered that and will not use the plastic ones.

The cup is perfect at keeping my son s drink cold, he loves having one like mommy and daddy, but I wish there were a free sip version. The straw mechanism isn t water tight. The second this thing is sideways, we get leakage. We ve avoided this (as well as the spraying issue) by just using one of our other free sip lids with his cup and straw. Fortunately it fits perfectly, so we just switch white water bottle has the œodd lid. Otherwise primeval experience.

They Leaked

I bought two for my great nieces. 4 yrs old and 18 months .. when I asked my niece how the girls liked them I was so disappointed that they leak. My niece is returning them but she was told they had to be inspected to see if I get a refund. It would be nice if owala would just exchange them for the new kids sippie like the adult ones. I have bought at least 10 owala sippies for my family.

The suction aspect of the straw is terrible & it s leads to the liquid coming up the straw & down the side. Wont be buying these again. It also sprays water when you open it
