The STANDARD kayak paddle was carefully designed for both novice and advanced paddlers. The 2-piece shaft design simplifies transportation and storage. The polypropylene blades can be feathered with a 0/65° blade angle that provides a more comfortable paddling experience. Plus you'll keep your hands dry thanks to Pelican's drip rings. Pelican's STANDARD kayak paddle will get you on the water paddling without putting a big dent in your wallet.
The STANDARD paddle is ideal for recreational paddlers between 4'8" and 5'11" in kayaks between 23" and 28" wide.
The STANDARD paddle consists of a two-piece anodized aluminum shaft with a durable polypropylene blade. The blades ensure better durability and resistance on the water.
Drip rings are installed at each end of the paddle. These rings will help keep your hands dry by preventing water from running down the shaft.
The push button system allows the blades to be feathered with a 0/65° angle. Paddling with offset blades will reduce the wind resistance on the top blade as it moves through the air. This will ensures an optimized and more comfortable paddling experience.
Inside the paddle, there are 2 additional flotation blocks allowing the paddle to float. This way, you will have no problem retrieving your paddle if it ends up in the water.
