Shipping error, unable to resolve

I ordered these online as a gift. We were shipped the J3 set in error. When I called Sport Check to get the correct set shipped, and arrange a return of the wrong clubs, the person I spoke to was no help at all. She advised me to return the J3 clubs to the closest Sport Check, and reorder the correct set. The problem is these clubs are no longer on Sport Check's website, even though Sport Check in St. Albert, Alberta still has 2 sets in stock. Unfortunately, they are the wrong size.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Got a call at the last minute that the product was out of stock, since I was getting these for 2 grandkids I tried to cancel the second set - told can't do - must take delivery and return - not impressed with that at all!

Update to Driver snapped within 3 months of usage

Update to previous review. Even though the warranty and return window was past, Sportchek still replaced the set. So +2 stars for great customer service. Also the kid is happy because he likes the set. Hopefully this replacement will last a little longer.

Like another reviewer, bought in April 2025 and the head snapped off the driver in July 2025. We just missed the 90 day warranty window. I would spend more on a better set next time because trying to find a replacement jr driver is not easy.
