Really heavy

This product is actually not nice at all, it's really really heavy for a junior racquet. The Dunlop jnr racquet is far better.

Promo

Bought as part of spend $125 get $25 promo and didn’t get the $25 promo to use in the future emailed to me. I emailed them and they replied once suing to check my junk folder. I had already checked there. I’ve replied a few times and they won’t acknowledge now. I’ve filled all obligations to receive the promotion. Very poor customer service. Haven’t used the product but I’m sure it is fine.
