This was purchased for a fundraiser gift and the box arrived as it it had been sitting at the bottom of someone’s donation pile for a year, the box was all torn and taped together, the items seemed to be used. It was definitely not something I could offer. I called to let them know, they didn’t have much of a resolution. I had bought it on clearance so they said it was a final sale. I asked if I could go into a store to exchange it for a newer box and they said they didn’t know. Didnt offer to send me a new one and return the other one. Thankfully, I did go to a store who had many in stock and they were very accommodating.
