Great Paddle!

I bought this paddle before Christmas for 50% off. I just started taking lessons for the first time in January, it has been great and this paddle is excellent. I love this paddle and I can hit the ball really well, maybe because I used to play tennis before? It was a great deal too when I only paid about $60 instead of $120. I really recommend this paddle for beginners. It looks nice with the bright colour as well.

Promo

Bought as part of spend $125 get $25 promo and didn’t get the $25 promo to use in the future emailed to me. I emailed them and they replied once suing to check my junk folder. I had already checked there. I’ve replied a few times and they won’t acknowledge now. I’ve filled all obligations to receive the promotion. Very poor customer service. Haven’t used the product but I’m sure it is fine.

Poor quality

I returned this paddle as it had a small sweet spot and seemed dead above the middle. It made a loud crack when hitting in this area and sounded broken. I am not sure if the honeycomb interior was damaged from compression during shipping or if this is a defect but it was not fun to play with. I also did not like the shiny, smooth surface but did like the grip.

No, I do not recommend this product.
