Perfect for Proprioceptive Training!

A great addition to programs for my clients. We added it to burpees to make them even more loathesome. And the core activation in all of our selections is apparent, and we are all seeing expedited results. The fact that the Trainer is heavy duty gives me peace of mind that I won't be replacing it every two months.
