It's quality. I sit on it as a replacement to my office chair while working from home. It's a good height for that, but if you're thinking of doing the same, this would be the smallest you'd want to get. There's nothing bad to say about it.

The ball is good quality at a price point that was easy to purchase. I was looking for a “burst resistant” Physio Ball for a specific exercise routine and I liked the reviews I had read. The only down side is the pump. I would agree with a few others who commented that you would be challenged to inflate it all the way with the pump provided, only because the ball needs to be quite firm to function properly. We finished the process using our own compressor unit, so it wasn’t a problem.
