I got the 65cm. ball. I can use it but I really would have preferred the 75cm ball. Your information online mentioned the 65 cm ball worked for people up to 6'1". That is my height but I feel the bigger ball would have been better as I would sit higher up.

Very firm when fully inflated

When I first inflated this gym ball to the proper size (which I did slowly over two days) it was SO hard that I had some difficulty using it for some of my exercises. I also had to use a bicycle pump to complete inflation as the hand pump just didn't have the power to get it to the full 65 cm. However, since then and with continued use it has softened up considerably, although still extremely firm compared to other gym balls I have used in the past. It works fine - I just had to get used to it and adjust some of my activities.
