PTP Heavy PowerTube+ Resistance Tube

Just before retiring my daughter encouraged me to join her in daily physical activities. Alternating between weightlifting and walking. My son in law showed us how to use the PTP. There are areas of our bodies we couldn’t train without it. Me , upper arms chest. I love this piece of equipment. I can utilize the right amount of intensity for present strength and increase as I grow stronger. The piece that allows it to stay put by placing in between a shut door is the “cat’s meow”. When I opened the box I chuckled at the Please do not disturb door sign, work out in progress. Then more goodies, large well made poster to train all parts of body. And then access to free videos of how to. What I enjoy the most is the convenience of all weight training equipment in this single piece of equipment. Thank you for you ingenuity. Donna

So good doesn’t snap! Doesn’t lose elasticity, very versatile

Tons of exercises you can do with this simple cable. Extremely versatile. Good quality. Highly recommend!

This item was great but it never said that it would include the thing to hook it up to your door and that thing almost Took off my door.

Good resistance tube. Can be used with some fixtures but not others. Handles rub against the outside of my thumb. Allows a variety of exercises. Need several bands for different resistance.

It’s a good-quality item compared to other resistance bands I was looking at. Also, it’s a great price considering the wide variety of exercises you can do with it. However, I didn’t like the feel of it at all — probably because I’m used to the resistance of free weights. Even worse, I couldn’t find an interior door in my house that would stay shut after threading this item through the side or top of the door frame — and I tried doing so on both sides of the door. One would need a more solidly-framed door then the kind typically used in houses.

I had a PTP tube snap 6 months after purchase. Used it sparingly. Company does not stand behind product. Save yourself the trouble and look at other options.
