This product and the different resistance levels it comes in is just great. There are so many exercises you can do with this resistance band which give you a full body work out away from the gym. Good for building muscles, or maintain your tonus during days you cannot go to the gym. Also excellent for all sort of stretches. And the bonus - you can bring the resistance bands when you travel as they are very light and easy to bring in your luggage.
