No option to pick length

IN the description it says that the skirt comes in 16" or 18" length but there is no option to select the length that you would prefer to order. I preferred the 18' so I returned the skirt which was 16"

The material is way too heavy, It is very puffy and baggy...will be returning, I can’t imagine wearing it in the summer
