Great shoes - careful ordering online though…

The shoes are great. My kid loves them and says they are super comfortable and like walking on marshmallows. Unfortunately getting the shoes was a comedy of errors. First they sent me the wrong size. I took them back to a local Sport Chek, and the staff at a local Sport Chek ordered the correct size to be sent to my house and gave me a small discount for the trouble. But when the shoes arrived they only had the black laces, not both black and white. And of course my kid wants white. So I call customer service and ask for the laces, but they say they can’t send them to me. I have to drive to the local Sport Chek again, which is a half an hour away, and they will help me. I got another small discount for the trouble. I confirmed which Sport Chek I was going to because have two locations about a 30- minute drive from me (but in opposite directions). I get to the one I had confirmed and they said “We don’t have any of those shoes in stock or any thick white laces. Customer service should have sent you to the OTHER Sport Chek location” So I had to make ANOTHER one-hour round trip just to get the laces.
All of this would have been solved by quality checks by Sport Chek.
The shoes are great though.

Nice shoes with black and white laces

Nice shoes but not impressed with customer service, white laces were missing and shipping was not free, shoe size chart was also wrong, had to re order another size even we measured twice
