    Faulty drawcord cordstopper

    These pants seemed perfect for my thin son. As advertised, "external elastic drawcord and ruberized cordstopper for customized comfort". So I bought 2 pairs. And they did make the pants adjustable to fit his thin frame. Until the cordstopper broke the SECOND time he wore the one pair. I warned him to be careful/gentle with the cordstopper on the second pair. It also broke the second time he wore them. Once they break, the pants are not wearable. The type of elastic used for the drawstring means if you try to tie it, it ends up in a big, impossible to untie, knot. So the "perfect" pants are now unwearable after just a couple times wearing.
