Great idea. Nice Helmet. Wrong fitting guidelines

The helmet itself has alot going for it and it is a great idea. The sizing however is not accurate. My son consistently wears fitted New Era caps in a size 6 7/8". He does have a narrower shaped head. This helmet is one size and the back of the helmet flexes to fit the players head. We ordered it online and figured we'd return if it didn't fit. We had high hopes for it. The sizing says it fits down to 6 1/2". With my sons head at 6 7/8" (almost 1/2" bigger than smallest size it states it fits), the fit was laughable. It did not fit snug in any sense of the word. Was loose and sloppy. Had to return. The helmet could be a 5 star if your head is a bit bigger. We ended up buy our son a standard JUNIOR Mach helmet (not a Mach fit), and it fits excellent. Rawlings/Sportchek, fix the sizing guidelines to avoid issues for customers and the product is great all around.
