This review is not for the product as I do not have the new one yet, but rather for the difficult process Sportschek makes one go through to fix THEIR error. I purchased this bat for my son, but they sent the wrong size. I called customer service and hung up with a huge goose egg from banging my head against the wall of corporate ridiculousness. They told me I couldn't just ship it back using their label, and I couldnt purchase the last one of the size my son needed from a store in Stratford (2 hours away) because it's discontinued. I had to return itnin store and then order another one a big to big for my son. All of this is to say that they made a mistake and didn't try to he helpful to rectify it. Instead.the stuck to their non-sensical corporate policies. Do better Sportschek. You're not the only store in the game.
