Delivered used, scratched RayBan sunglasses

I just opened the box that the RayBans I ordered came in. First, the sunglass box itself was opened and damaged. Like, completely ripped open and one flap of the box was missing. When I took the sunglasses out of the case, I immediately noticed that there were marks on the lenses. I thought at first maybe they were just smudges, but no, there were actual scratches on both lenses. When I looked further I could see that there was still grease from someone's face on the lenses. This is totally disgusting and unacceptable. These are obviously USED sunglasses that I was sent. Can you imagine how humiliated I would have been had I given these to someone for Christmas? This is such shoddy service. I expect my sunglasses to be delivered to me BRAND NEW AND UNWORN IN A CASE THAT HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY RIPPED OPEN BY SOMEONE ELSE.
