Disorganized shipping and double charges!

I ordered two pairs of the same Reebok shorts and the local GTA-to-GTA delivery took days. The experience was frustrating for a couple of reasons:
1) Split Shipments: The two pairs arrived in separate packages days apart.
2) Billing Errors: My credit card was initially charged twice.
>> The Only Positive: They corrected the overcharge on their own.
The shorts are good, but SportChek's shipping and billing system needs major work.
Yes, I recommend this product.
