Tragically poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes both said 10 1/2 , but the one I could get on my foot was shorter than the shoe that was the right length....which was so narrow I could not get the ball of my foot into the shoe. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase from a major company. I returned the shoes for a refund and went elsewhere for shoes.
