[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a good stretch to the fabric for lifting, feels more durable than some of the other lightweight shorts without being too heavy, warm or restricting. Definitely recommend this short. Maybe not quite as comfy as the workout ready shorts but definitely close and more durable.

I'd give it 5 stars, but I do feel slightly restricted when squatting and kicking high. I think it has more to do with the cut rather than the fabric.

The fit and the material feel is totally different from the previous version. 3.0s are way more comfortable and have a better pockets design.

A step back from the 3.0 version.

I agree with others that this short isn't built for workouts. The main issue is the reinforced fabric. I don't doubt the 4.0 version is way more durable, but it is not nearly flexible enough.
