I really love your shoes. I have about ten pairs. They are very well made, and I wear them everywhere. If I could change one thing about your shoes, it would be the insoles. They are the absolute worst. They have no cushion in them whatsoever. Considering how much you guys put in to the rest of the shoe . The insoles need a huge upgrade. Thank you for your time and I hope this change can happen soon. Steve
