Dirty shoes

I received my supposed to be white shoes they had dirt all over them and just thrown in a box? I thought shoes came in a shoe box mine were just tossed in a random box. When I got them i had to scrub them with soap and a toothbrush to get all the dirt off.

They look good, just like they do in the photos. But the soles are a little to hard for me.
I'll get insoles for them.

Hi, I ordered sneakers on Tuesday jan 13 and it is now Wednesday Jan 21 and I haven’t received them yet. The Purolator site indicates they should have arrived on Friday Jan 16.

Don’t like them at all

The product is not what I thought they were, I had a very hard time to put them on due to the fact that they do not open up on the top, you have to slip them on,which is very hard, I’ll be returning them.
