Excellent shoes. I wear them for Zumba classes and regular training. These are very comfortable, breathable, and allow for agility (they have a good grip on the floor, so there's no sliding when making abrupt turns or jumps). Highly highly recommended for any fitness class or activity that requires abrupt movements, like HITT and Zumba classes.
