Arch Support and Cushion

I absolutely love these flip flops. I typically can only wear Birkenstocks because I have a high arch and wearing anything less would cause my feet, knees and back pain if worn for any amount of time. I wore these on 5km and 6km walks and had no trouble. And because the footbed is rubber, they’re easy to wash and don’t smell like my Birks tend to. Looking for another pair. Would love for a slimmer strap but fully prepared to purchase the same one again.
The sole has a harder, durable rubber like on a rubber, and the insole is a softer, squishy foamy-rubber - kind of like the thick Pilates/yoga mats but stiffer/more durable material. Never had a problem with the shoes being stiff or uncomfortable. I did have to size up in these. My bare foot is 9.5 (one slightly larger) and I normally wear a 10, I purchased these in a size 11 and they’re perfect.

I am always a size 6. This fit more like a 5.5, which made it very uncomfortable as the footbed is ergonomic, so the arch is not in the right place. Strap is very tight - I’ve never had an issue like this with sizing. Very dissatisfied for the price point. Returned.

Comfortable saddle

Comfortable sandals. I don’t like flip
Flops as they are painfully flat. The arch support in these sandals are a welcomed surprise and a huge relief.
Great sandals. The strap is stiff at first (as expected) , breaks in quickly and does stretch. It also dries quickly and does not sour or smell when wet

Reef always fits a bit small, so order a half size up or even a full size. These have super arch support, take a little breaking in at first (toe chafe), but overall very nice
