Waistband is so small!

I bought these rain pants for my 5 year old. The length fit him perfectly in the extra small but unfortunately the waist is so tiny with absolutely no give. My son is tall and very slim. There is no way he could get these over top of the joggers he was wearing let alone by themselves. Had to return.
No, I do not recommend this product.
