Get for what you pay for

I wear a small women's and can normally fit kids XL clothing. I could not find a size chart for this sweater anywhere so I decided to order anyway and return if it did not fit. It is a bit tighter than I hoped, the main issue is that it is very narrow across the hips. I don't have very wide hips but it is almost as if it tapers inwards as you get to the bottom of the sweater. It is still wearable but will be used more for around the house I think. I noticed that the fluff too also comes off and sticks to everything (my backpack is covered in it and it's very hard to pick off once it's stuck on).
