Great jacket - sleeves too long

Bought this jacket for my daughter in XL black. Great jacket, lots of great features and warmth. The sleeves are super long as if the arm growth extender thing is out but it isn’t. But looking at it the exterior of the jacket arm length doesn’t change only the interior so that may be why the arms are extra long. The sleeve length measurement from the neck center to the cuff is 33”. Size chart says should be 30.5”. My daughter doesn’t like the look of arms so probably have to exchange for smaller size or different style.

They're just "ok".

My daughter loves this Jacket except for 2 things.
1. It's not *really* that warm. We were more than a bit surprised by how fast she got cold at -14 with no wind chill. (We also got the matching snowpants....same problem!!!)
2. There are no draw strings to tighten the hood around the face, so if there's any breeze/wind her ears freeze.
