Poor Ecommerce Process Tracking Deliveries

Ordered thru website, did't receive the product and tracking process was difficult to follow.
I do get a shipping notification but nothing saying it was delivered. Waited the 7 business days and eventually had the send a direct message. Again not easy to find and not user friendly.
Finally someone called me but couldn't process a refund until an investogation. This made me upset. Poor process when I'm already frustrated.
I do find this surprizing because Mark's ecommerce platform and processes are much better. Used it many times and will continue but not Sportschek's online store.
I eventually purchased shorts directly from Underarmour who has a much better platform and a wider selection.
Sportschek you are missing the boat and losing current customers both from poor process and competition from the brands.

Horrible.

Would be great shorts if the pockets weren’t put together with horrible adhesive. I’ve been through 2 pairs of these now that have lost their pockets within a week. And of course lost some of my belongings along with that. Very comfy otherwise and was looking forward to some shorts with pockets. I would never buy these again and recommend choosing something else to avoid the frustration
