Lightweight, easy to put on. Although for Manitoba weather, it is not that thick. Made my dd wear a thick sweater inside, which works. For the price (got it on sale) it's a good deal!

Granddaughter loves it so much bought this second one different pattern while on sale a size bigger for next year ..we luv it too . But looks like we may not have to use it next year since you can lengthen the arms and legs 2inches. Good to have back up though plus the second one will probably come in handy especially if she has a growth spurt.
