Xmas present for myself

I can’t say this was an easy purchase.. The boots are amazing however they came with the “security tag” still attached. Yay for me. These were purchased online and shipped to my home in Manitoba. I called the stores in the city to see if I could exchanged them as they were also a size too small. Figured I’d rather check before driving to the city. When I arrived to the store I had no help whatsoever. Luckily my 4 year old has patience. I ended up getting someone to help find me the same shoes and everything worked out. It’s not a big deal but also going to your stores lately hasn’t been the best experience. Customer service is awful.
